Welcome to South Haven, Michigan where the beaches and sunsets are beautiful all year round!

The Chipouras family established the Cottage on the Corner in 2020 in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic as a way to travel to a local beach & town for a mini vacation! Our love of South Haven has continued to grow as we spend more time at the Blue stairs beach, Kids' Corner Park, the splash pad and so many more of the great spots around town.

Two years later, the Eagle's Loft came up for sale and we fell in love again. Its amazing downtown location and fun loft feel make it the perfect addition to our properties!
